NOTICE TO VENDORS CALLING FOR BIDS
Fully Equipped Mobile Ambulance Simulator
Bid No. 25/26-016
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chaffey Joint Union High School District (hereinafter
called DISTRICT) 211 W. Fifth Street, Ontario, County of San Bernardino, State of California,
91762 acting by and through its Governing Board, will receive sealed bids for the award of Fully
Equipped Mobile Ambulance Simulator, Bid No. 25/26-016.
All bids shall be made on form(s) furnished by the DISTRICT. Bids must be received in the office of
the Director of Purchasing and shall be opened and publicly read aloud at 10:00 A.M. on
Wednesday February 25, 2026. Bids must conform with and be responsive to the contract
documents, copies of which are on file and may be obtained from the office of the Director of
Purchasing.
All requests for information and/or clarification regarding the Bid documents shall be submitted via
e-mail to Brianna Melendez, Buyer, at brianna.melendez@cjuhsd.net. Requests must be submitted
no later than Tuesday February 10, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Any request made after such date shall not
be responded to.
The Chaffey Joint Union High School District and its Board of Trustees reserve the right to accept or
reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to be the sole judges of the merits and qualifications of items
offered, and to waive any informality in the bid.
Bidders may not withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening
of bids. Refer to the bid documents for additional information, terms, and conditions. The complete
bid documents, terms and conditions are considered one complete component and cannot be altered
in any way, except by a District issued amendment.
