Overview
The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to solicit pricing, technical specifications, and delivery timelines for a Customized Taylor Made First In Emergency Medical Response Bag System suitable for field deployment by emergency medical personnel. This bag system must meet strict operational and durability standards to support Advanced Life Support (ALS) level medical interventions, including airway management, medication transport, and a wide range of emergency medical equipment.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to solicit pricing, technical specifications, and delivery timelines for a Customized Taylor Made First In Emergency Medical Response Bag System suitable for field deployment by emergency medical personnel. This bag system must meet strict operational and durability standards to support Advanced Life Support (ALS) level medical interventions, including airway management, medication transport, and a wide range of emergency medical equipment.
2. Scope of Requirement
Vendors are invited to submit quotations for providing a bag system that meets the following mandatory requirements:
3. Mandatory Technical Requirements 3.1. Bag Design and Configuration

Must be designed as a Fully Customized Taylor Made First In Bag System for pre-hospital emergency medical care.

Customizations shall include but is not limited to: Colors to match department branding, dimensions, modular components and built in compartments, labeling and logos,
-
Must accommodate equipment and supplies for airway management equipment including but not limited to Direct view Laryngoscopy, Video Laryngoscopy, and surgical airways, medication delivery, IV access, trauma management, and general ALS-level interventions.

Modular design required and must be able to be customized to meet our internal layout needs.

External and internal features must allow for equipment accountability and ease of access under operational stress conditions.

Bag and modules must be able to have custom labeling installed per our specifications and include our EMS logo on the outer surface.

3.2. Materials and Durability

Outer and inner materials must be wipe-clean, fluid-resistant, anti-microbial, and flame retardant.

Must provide lightweight construction compared to traditional PVC-based bags.

All carrying handles and shoulder straps must be constructed from wipe-clean materials to the same standard as the body of the bag.

Bag construction must support frequent cleaning and decontamination protocols used in emergency medical services.

Bags must be offered in the chosen colors for the department.
3.3. Tracking and Accountability

The system must be capable of supporting RFID and/or barcode tracking integration for equipment and controlled substances.

The layout must support stencil-based or other visual accountability systems to aid in equipment checks and restocking.
3.4. Compatibility

Bag system must be capable of integration with advanced airway equipment kits, oxygen delivery equipment, and medication storage modules.

Must provide appropriate compartments and protections for delicate and high-value equipment.
3.5. Warranty and Support

Must include a minimum three-year warranty covering normal operational wear and tear.

Vendor must provide domestic customer service and support capabilities.
