Full-Service Warranty Maintenance of Elevators

The NYS Office of Mental Health and Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Full-Service Warranty Maintenance of Elevators at Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center located at 1400 Noyes St., Utica, NY 13502

The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

A Mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST. Interested bidders are to sign in at the main entrance. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than November 17, 2025, by 3:00 PM ET. The Notice of Intent to Bid is due by November 14, 2025, by 3:00 PM ET.

Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, November 25, 2025, by 3:00 PM ET, per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on December 3, 2025.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, by 3:00 PM ET.
