Full Service, End-to-End Event Production Services at Fair Park

Project Description: The City of Dallas Fair Park is a historic 277- acre cultural and entertainment complex. The city’s Park and Recreation Department (PKR) is seeking proposals to establish a three (3) year with one (1) two-year renewal option Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) agreement with a qualified firm to provide full-service, turnkey event production services. The selected vendor will supply all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary to support a wide variety of events hosted throughout Fair Park’s indoor and outdoor venues. Customer service excellence, reliability, and the ability to support multiple events concurrently are essential. An ID/IQ agreement is established when quantities of services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Services under this agreement will be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement.
