The Medical Readiness Contracting Office West (MRCO-W) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to find potential sources for a Full On-Site Reprocessing/ Disinfector Maintenance and Services Contract for Multiple Liquid Germicide Olympus Flexible Endoscopes. Olympus OER Pro Systems are already owned at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC) located at Fort Bliss, TX. The required model and serial numbers are listed in the performance work statement (PWS) and attached in this postig along with Manufacturer Brochure for Warranty. Interested Contractor/Vendor(s) shall demonstrate certification to deliver Maintenance and Services for the Olympus listed equipment and serials numbers on page 3 of the PWS. A base period of performance from 01 May 2025 through 30 April 2026 is estimated for this requirement.
A sources-sought is a market research tool being used to determine availability and adequacy of potential business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition. The intent of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist by determining if this effort can be successfully competed and/or set-aside for small businesses. Upon closing of this sources sought, the government will use the information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. This requirement is anticipated to result in the award of a single firm-fixed price contract. Period of performance is tentatively anticipated as base plus two additional option years. The government will not reimburse any company or individual for any expense associated with preparation or participation in this research

- Contractor responses must include Classification System (NAICS) code 811210 per the standard described in Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR) Part 19.102. (FAR available at www.acquisition.gov)
- If you believe this procurement action should be performed under a different NAICS code, please recommend an alternate NAICS code and the rationale for the alternate code.
- Contractor responses must include recommended proposal schedule (Contract Line items – see PWS pg. 3) and suggested invoicing and terms.
