Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Utah Office of Tourism
Professional Services Requested: Fulfillment of Module Page Services to collect, warehouse, and scrub fulfillment data for Utah travel brochures requested from specific online and call center sources.
The purpose of this RFSQ is to obtain statements of qualifications from companies. The intent is to award a contract under Administrative Rule R33-105 for the Small Purchases of Professional Service Providers and Consultants. The small purchase threshold for this project is $100,000.00. Do NOT include pricing when you submit your qualifications.
