Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United

States in Uzbekistan will launch the solicitation on the

https://uz.usembassy.gov/embassy/tashkent/procurement-and-contracting/ website when it is available.

All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans

to issue the solicitation on August 20, 2025.

Contractor shall provide all materials, supervision, labor, tools and equipment to perform

preventive maintenance. All personnel working in the vicinity should wear and /or use safety

protection while all work is performed. Any questions or injuries shall be brought to the attention

of the Post Occupation Safety and Health Officer (POSHO). Material Safety Data Sheets

(MSDS) shall be provided by the Contractor for all Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT).

Again, this solicitation will be issued via this website - no paper copies will be mailed.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced

technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the

contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed

price type contract.





Advance payments are not authorized.
