The Embassy of the United States of America in Jerusalem, hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for:

Fuel Supply Services for US Embassy Jerusalem

The Embassy of the of the United States of America in Jerusalem, Israel, intends to issue a firm-fixed price with economic adjustments Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for Fuel Services. The period of performance will be 12-months with four (4) one-year option periods.

Firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses required to perform the services in Israel. Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America and is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures.

The solicitation will be issued by e-mail in English only; all communication shall be by e-mail and in English only, telephone calls will not be considered. Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America.
