As the City’s designated Underground Storage Tank Operator, Proposer shall furnish all materials, equipment, and labor related to the testing and maintenance of fueling stations and related tanks, located at the Municipal Service Center and Hill Canyon Treatment Plant.
The City of Thousand Oaks is located in eastern Ventura County and consists of 56 square miles. The City population is approximately 122,000.
