Scope of Services
The purpose of this Annual Requirement (AR) is to solicit competitive

electronically sealed Bids for Fuel Services of unleaded and low sulfur

diesel for use in Kissimmee Utility Authority’s (KUA) motor vehicles and

diesel generators, in accordance with the following specifications listed

herein. It is understood that there may be additions or deletions to the list

specified herein during the life of this contract as dictated by KUA’s service

protocols. Quantities listed are estimates for evaluation purposes only and

are not guaranteed. Quantities will vary based on operational needs,

weather conditions, and emergency events.
