Pursuant to MGL Chapter 30B, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #27020, for Fuel Oil No. 2. Bids will be due and opened electronically on Wed., July 8, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. on bidnet direct https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma. Bid packages will be available on Mon. June 15, 2026 at bidnet direct. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
