REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

FUEL FARM STORAGE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR at

The Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners request proposals from interested respondents

detailing their qualifications and experience to provide FUEL FARM STORAGE SYSTEM

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR at DESTIN-FORT WALTON BEACH

AIRPORT (VPS)

Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, FL, will accept

proposals until 3:00 p.m. (CST) January 28, 2026, for FUEL FARM STORAGE SYSTEM

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR at DESTIN-FORT WALTON BEACH AIRPORT (VPS).

Interested respondents desiring consideration shall submit their response online at OpenGov

through the link provided below:

https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/myokaloosa

Unless otherwise stipulated in the bid/proposal description, all responses must be submitted using

OpenGov only. No other means of submission of responses will be accepted. Responses will be

accepted by OpenGov until 3:00 p.m. CST January 28, 2026, at which time all bids that are timely

submitted will be opened and reviewed.

The County reserves the right to award the proposal to the most qualified respondent(s). Okaloosa

County shall be the sole judge of the proposals and the resulting Agreement(s) in its best interest and

its decision shall be final.
