The Procurement Division acts as a liaison between Departments, responsible for administering & enforcing purchasing policies & procedures; identifying & establishing procurement strategies, methods & processes; and providing assistance with solicitation development, negotiations & contract awards.

The intent of this Request for Proposals is to select a qualified construction firm for the removal and replacement of the three (3) underground fuel tanks, fuel pumps and dispensers, electrical wiring, plumbing, the installation of a new air hose/vacuum system and the installation of a new diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank and a new temperature controlled underground DEF tank located at 800 Rabbitt Road, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20878.
