Description: The City of McAllen is soliciting electronic bids for a Supply Contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Fuel: Regular Unleaded Gasoline, Mid-Grade Unleaded Gasoline, and Diesel (Ultra Low Sulfur) Fuel.

Bid Opening : Sealed electronic” bids addressed to Mr. Isaac J. Tawil, City Manager, will be received until Wednesday. November 6, 2024 at 3:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST) at which time they shall be publicly opened in a meeting held in McAllen City Hall, 2 ^nd floor, Conference Room 2A. . The City of McAllen reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all Bids and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the bid considered the best value to the City, and to hold the bids for a period of sixty ( 60 ) days without taking action.
