3. Bid Opening Day July 21, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at 625 W. 4th St Newport, WA 99156. Bids must be time
stamped prior to opening time.
4. Do not bring bid into the opening room. Submit bid to the Commissioner's office the day of opening.
