FTCC Regional Truck Driver Training Center - Phase 2

A Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for all bidders interested in the FTCC Regional Truck Driver Training

Center - Phase 2 project on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET at the Thomas R. McLean Administration

Building, Fayetteville Technical Community College, 2301 Hull Road, Fayetteville, NC 28303. The meeting will

address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms. All attendees shall meet in

conference room 170.

Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 PM (EST) on Thursday, April 02, 2026, in Room 114 of the Thomas R.

McLean Administration Building, Fayetteville Technical Community College, 2301 Hull Road, Fayetteville, NC

28303, Attn: Scott Meis, Assistant Director of Procurement.

Immediately following, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in room 170.

Late bids, regardless of cause, will not be opened or considered, and will be automatically disqualified from further

consideration. Vendor shall bear the sole risk of late submission due to unintended or unanticipated delay.

Single prime proposals will be received from contractors licensed per G.S.87. A bid bond or other bid security is

required. Payment and performance bonds will be required of the general contractor who is awarded this project.

Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) guidelines must be followed.

and promote opportunities for MBE.
