Synopsis

The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) requests additional information from Respondents of RFP 185941.

Pursuant to 2 CFR §184.2, Build America, Buy America Act, contractors responding to solicitations for infrastructure/construction projects must complete Form C-3 in relation to the Build America Buy America Certificate Of Compliance with 49 USC 5323(j)(1).

Respondents must adhere to the minimum qualifications listed in this RFP including but not limited to providing a bid bond and completing all related FTA documents included with this RFP.
