The purpose of the WisDOT’s Compliance Site Review (CSR) Program is to ensure subrecipients, intercity bus providers, and transit service providers adhere to federal oversight compliance requirements. During desk reviews and on-site visits, WisDOT Transit Section staff and its contractor examine subrecipient and service provider implementation of state and FTA requirements.
This contract includes three types of compliance reviews: 1. General compliance reviews of Section 5310 and Section 5311 subrecipients providing transit services. 2. Development and delivery of a compliance review process of intercity bus providers receiving 5311 (f) funds from WisDOT. 3. Development and delivery of a drug and alcohol compliance review process for transit providers of services funded through Section 5311 funds |
