This project consists of the installation of A/C units at multiple barracks 01668, 01669,(4 units per building at 1600 block) T2615, T2616, T2617, T2620, T2621, T2622, T2626, T2639, T2644 (2 units per building in 2600 block) located on Ft. Pickett.Major elements of the work include the removal of 410a coils, installation of new condensing units, new R-32coils, new line sets, and condensate lines. 1600 block units will require new concrete pads and electrical service. See attached Scope of work and divisions with further detailed information about construction and repair needs.A Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the conference room of Building T0229 within the DPW Compound, at 1:00 PM Sharp, on May 28, 2026. Following sign-in and the reading of the pre-bid conference agenda we will visit the job site.Entrance to Fort Pickett requires all occupants of the vehicle to present a Real ID at the gate before gaining entrance. Please make sure that all drivers and passengers meet this requirement.
