The quantity of sheet piling required may not be readily available at the time the project is awarded. In addition, it will take time for the sheets to be coated. It`s not a sure thing that procurement, coating, and delivery will be possible with enough contract time left to finish the remaining work around the wall (concrete cap, landscaping, ...) within the contract time. Would the City consider, in addition to extending the contract time, consider issuing one notice to proceed for pile procurement and a second for piling work to begin?	11/6/2025 11:11:50 AM
