The Mayor’s Office of Community Safety seeks a qualified contractor to provide mental health, wellness, workforce retention, and family support services for frontline professionals participating in the GRYD Safe Passage Initiative. The program aims to improve employee well-being, reduce burnout and secondary traumatic stress, strengthen workforce retention, and enhance organizational resilience.
