Frontier Center Lobby Signage

The City of Idaho Falls invites qualified firms to submit Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) for the fabrication, delivery, and installation of signage for the Frontier Center Lobby Expansion. The project includes, but is not limited to, interior signs, directional signs, and identification signs. The most significant aspect of the project is the fabrication and installation of a ceiling fixture.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES Selected firms will be responsible for:
   • Designing and fabricating signage in compliance with local codes, regulations, and accessibility standards (e.g., ADA requirements). See attached drawings.
   • Delivering signage to site location: 501 S. Holmes

Idaho Falls, Idaho 83401

• • o Fabrication and installation of large acrylic tube ceiling fixture consisting of approx. 1500 screen print wrapped acrylic tubes varying in length from 18” to 74” mounted in an aluminum channel and attached to the facility ceiling. Reference attached drawings for details and descriptions of signage and fixture.
  • Installing signage and ceiling fixture in coordination with the General Contractor and the City of Idaho Falls. Installation is expected to occur concurrently with other trades working on-site.
  • Provide Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate for overall project
  • Current estimated installation time frame is between 12/25 – 2/26.
  • Work Closely with Architect for final design, installation and fabrication.
