Hall County, Georgia’s Recycling Center (herein “County”) is seeking qualified Contractors to provide Front-End-Loader Hauling Services (herein “Services”) as described herein. The County seeks to award one (1) Contractor to perform all the Services on an annual-basis listed herein. The County seeks to begin Services on July 1, 2025.
The County will make any extension of the bidding period by a formal written Addendum and publicly posted on the County website.

: The Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will start promptly at 9:00am at the Hall County Recycling Center located at 1008 Chestnut St SE, Gainesville, GA 30501 on April 1, 2025. County staff will discuss the scope of work and be able to address questions at that time. Only those Bidders who attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid will be allowed to Bid.

Bidding Process:
Hall County is now accepting sealed bids for the provision of Services in the County’s in the Purchasing Division, located on the fourth (4
th
) floor of the Hall County Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, until 2:00 p.m., EST on Thursday, April 10, 2025 by 2:00pm EST
Bidders must submit in a Sealed Envelope with IFB #013-46 Front-End-Loader Hauling Services printed on the outside. Include all required documents, signed Addendums, and Affidavits, and also include one (1) USB Flash Drive in the envelope. Failure to return all mandatory documents may result in the bid being disqualified. Failing to submit the Mandatory Cost Proposal Worksheet will disqualify bids.
The 4
th
floor receptionist must date and time stamp your envelope.
Public Bid Opening:
At the place, date and time notated above, the Issuing Officer will open each sealed bid in the Finance Training Room located on the 4
th
Floor of the Hall County Government Center. Bidders are not required to attend but may do so. All bid quotes will be read aloud at that time.
