FRMC F Lot Expansion

Fuller Road Management Corporation is seeking a qualified, experienced,
responsive, and responsible contractor that has successfully completed three (3)
contracts similar in size, scope and complexity to this contract within the last five
(5) years to:

construct a 700 to 750-space parking area south of the existing F-lot parking area. This construction shall be based on the IFB design documents, noted as Exhibit A. This construction bid document shall be seen as ready for bid, with the final document being prepared. The scope includes storm water management, underground electrical conduits, and grading.

There will be a mandatory site visit that you must attend on 03/14 with the
deadline for registration on 03/13 at 4:00PM. The bid is due on 03/28 by 2:30PM.
