NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Independent School District #281, Robbinsdale Area Schools, New Hope, Minnesota, will receive sealed bids for:

FRESH PRODUCE

BID OPENING: 10:00 A.M. WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 13, 2025

Until 10:00 A.M. August 13, 2025, at the Robbinsdale Area Schools, Education Service Center, 4148 Winnetka Ave North, New Hope MN 55427 at which time and place all bids will be opened and read aloud.  Bidders are invited to attend.  Bids received after 10:00 A.M. will be returned unopened.

Bids shall be upon bid forms provided within specifications.  No oral, telegraphic, or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. Separate envelopes containing bids must be sealed, marked (BID, FRESH PRODUCE) with the name and address of the bidder and the date and hour of the opening and addressed to: Katie Wahl/Child Nutrition and delivered to the Education Service Center prior to the appointed opening time.

The complete form shall be without alterations, additions, or erasures, all bids must be on a lump sum basis. Robbinsdale Area Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of such bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in bidding.

Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of the School Board of Independent School District #281 of Minnesota.
