Fresh Bread and Bakery items in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont

Solicitation SPE300-25-R-0004 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Bread and Bakery items, all fully competitive, contract for various Department of Defense (“DoD”) customers in the Northeast Zone, including Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price, Long Term Contract (LTC) with two pricing tiers for 18 months for all items for the entire term of the contract. The contract period of performance will be from March 2, 2025, to February 26, 2028.

The solicitation contains one group:

Group 1 – Northeast Zone – Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont

All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA BSM internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
