French Prairie Road Pathway Plan - Pathway (Active Transportation) Planning & Related Services (#4218)

The City of Wilsonville, Oregon is requesting Proposals in order to select a qualified consultant to provide professional services for the French Prairie Road Pathway Plan project. The project will determine how best to provide a pathway for the extent of French Prairie Road in the Charbonneau section of the city that will better serve the active transportation needs of the community. Consultants are invited to demonstrate their experience and qualifications in performing work directly related to the services required by responding to this Request for Proposals (RFP). The anticipated negotiated fee for this Project is expected to exceed $100,000; therefore, Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the qualifications-based selection procedures of OAR 137-048-0220. This Project does not involve federal funds.

Sealed proposals for the Project will be received at Wilsonville City Hall located at 29799 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, OR 97070 until October 30, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Proposals will be scored and ranked on a qualification basis. Proposals received after the listed time and date due will be returned unopened and without review. Electronically mailed proposals will be accepted.
