2025 Fremont Municipal Airport Re-Sheeting Project

Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk in the City Building, 400 East Military Avenue, Fremont, Nebraska, until 12:00PM, July 8th, 2025, and be publicly opened and read in the Council Chambers at that time for all labor and materials necessary to complete the work required for 2025 FREMONT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT RE-SHEETING PROJECT as per the SITE MAP and SITE WALK arranged with Cari Hoffart, Airport Manager.

SCOPE

The re-sheeting project will be for the exterior metal of two existing airport hangars, units 1-8 and F1-F4. There will be additional wood header and door work for F1-F4. These hangars are located at 1203 W 23 ^rd . Street, Fremont, Nebraska.

The contractor shall commence work as soon as practical after execution of the contract and complete the work no later than September 30 ^th , 2025.
