2013 Freightliner Engine Replacement

The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for the purchase and installation of a Cummins ISC8.3 Engine to be installed in a 2013 Freightliner M2 Series.  Complete specifications and requirements are provided in the Line Item portion of the bid. Each bidder shall submit a full specification sheet and warranty information specific to the item(s) quoted and provide the estimated lead time necessary to fully complete the engine replacement.  The submitted bid shall include removal of the existing engine as well as the purchase and installation of a running complete engine meeting the specifications contained herein.  Bids must include materials that are generally considered standard to the nature of work such as belts, fluids, hoses, shop supplies, etc.  All quoted and supplied items must meet all Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and all applicable federal and state regulations.

Each prospective bidder must upload and submit their bid with all required documents through the City's Ionwave procurement system by the designated date and time of Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 4:00 PM(ET).

Bidders are encouraged to present questions for clarification through the Ionwave portal. All questions must be submitted via Ionwave by Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 4:00 PM(ET).

Submission of a bid shall constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms, conditions, and requirements contained herein. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
