Project Description: The Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Authority is seeking a quote for Freight Shipment Services under solicitation No. B-2092494.
Please note that failure to provide any information, or document requested in this IFB may cause your submission to be unresponsive NO EXCEPTIONS.
Bid Responsiveness Requirement:
To be considered responsive, all required solicitation documents must be completed in their entirety and submitted in accordance with the instructions provided herein. Failure to properly complete, sign, and submit all required forms and attachments may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive and disqualified from further consideration.
Bidders shall ensure that:
