Will be received by: Town of Strafford, Vermont (Owner) at the office of: Town Clerk’s Office, 227 Justin Morrill Highway, PO Box 27, Strafford, VT 05072 (Address of the Project owner) until 3:00 P.M. Local Time on December 19, 2024. and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled at the project site, Freeman Road Bridge, Strafford, Vermont 05072 at 11:00 A.M., local time, on December 5, 2024. In the event of unsuitable weather, the meeting will be held at the Strafford Town Office. All prospective bidders are requested to attend this meeting. Each BID must be accompanied by a CERTIFIED CHECK made payable to the OWNER for FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the total amount of the BID. A BID BOND may be used in lieu of a certified check.
