Scope of Services
Brevard County Purchasing Services, on behalf of the Public Works Department, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the complete demolition and removal of the single-family residence and all associated structures located at 5041 Frederick Avenue, West Melbourne, Florida 32904.
The structure is a one-story single-family residence constructed in 1964, consisting of approximately 1,652 square feet of living area, a 392-square-foot attached garage, and a 120-square-foot screened porch.
The Work includes, but is not limited to, the complete demolition and removal of all existing poured concrete slabs, clothesline structure, garden pavers, fencing, and all existing landscaping, including trees, within the project limits.
