The Work generally consists of renovation of an approximately 123,186 SF existing two-story middle school; and additions of approximately 23,672 SF of new space. All areas include replacement and upgrades to HVAC, electrical and low voltage systems. New sprinkler and finishes replacement throughout. New roofing system, and underground stormwater, parking, fire lane and related site work. The scope includes but not limited to masonry, concrete, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and systems demolition and improvements. Equipment and furnishings indicated, shall be provided by the Contractor unless noted otherwise.
