Introduction/Overview

The University of Delaware is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to replace the existing ceiling system in room 116 of the Allen Lab. This bid is for construction services in the form of a general contractor AIA A101 agreement. Drawings prepared by a structural engineer and a Division 0 specification prepared by UD serve as the basis of documentation for this work.
