FREAR HALL BUILDING EXPANSION JOINT IMPROVEMENT

Project Description: Provide all LABOR necessary to properly replace the expansion joint cover, associated
flashings, roofing tie-ins, and related appurtenances to complete work as indicated
in the drawings. All work located at Frear Hall Building, UHM.

Provide all TOOLS, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT and INSURANCE necessary to properly replace
the expansion joint cover, associated flashings, roofing tie-ins, and related
appurtenances to complete work as indicated in the drawings. All work located at
Frear Hall Building, UHM.

Special Instructions

ALL bidders are requested to attend pre-bid walk-through. The pre-bid walk-through is
scheduled for Monday, December 22, 2025, at 9:00am. Bidder shall meet at the Frear Hall
Building first floor lobby located at 2569 Dole Street. Bidder interested in bidding this
work must contact Lauren Young through email (LMTYOUNG@hawaii.edu) to confirm attendance
by 4:00pm, Friday, December 19, 2025. Bidder are required to provide a cost breakdown at
time of bid. The breakdown must equal to the total cost of the bid. If correct breakdown
is not provided at time of bid, the bid may be disqualified.
