Timber Breakwater Reconstruction
Franklin Street Boat Ramp
The City of Cambridge Department of Public Works is soliciting sealed proposals from State
licensed marine contractors for the reconstruction of a portion of the timber breakwater at the
Franklin Street boat ramp. Work consists of reconstruction of approximately 170 linear feet of
breakwater in accordance with the project specifications and the approved tidal wetlands license.
Bids will be received by the Office of the City Engineer, 1025 Washington Street, Cambridge,
Maryland 21613 until 4:00 p.m. (EST) on Thursday, July 9, 2026.
