Project Description: Sealed bids will be received by the Green Bay School District for the Gym and Auditorium
Upgrade project at Franklin Middle School, 1233 Lore Lane, Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Bids will be received in the School District office, located at 2000 South Broadway, Green Bay,
WI, until 2:00 P.M., Wednesday 3/26, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read
aloud.
In general, the Project consists of various updates to the auditorium, small and large
gymnasiums, which will include replacement of lighting, AV equipment upgrades, and
athletic floor refinishing. The Auditorium HVAC equipment will be replaced including air
unit, chiller and associated ductwork and expansion tank platforms. Construction shall
occur during the school’s summer break and be complete prior to the start of school in
the fall of 2025.
