Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtain ed at the offices of Smith Gardner , Inc. located at 14 N.

Boylan Avenue, Raleigh, North Carolina 27603, upon payment of $150.00 (non -refundable) for each set of

documents. Each request for Contract Documents must be accompanied

by a check made payable to

“Smith Gardner , Inc.” If sets are to be mailed, a non - refundable, fifty dollar ($50) postage and handling

charge will be required. Electronic copies of the Contract Documents are available from the

ENGINEER at no cost. Request for electronic copies of documents should be sent to

spencer@smithgardnerinc.com .

To qualify, all bids shall be submitted using bid forms contained in the Contract Documents, and

submittal of all information requested in the Instructions to Bidders (ITB -1). Incomplete or segregated

bids will not be accepted.

Questions regarding the intent or Scope of Work must be delivered in writing to Spencer Hollomon, P.E.

via email at spencer@smithgardnerinc.com and, to be given consideration, m ust be received at least five

(5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Appropriate responses, where required, will then

be issued by addendum to all plan holders prior to the date scheduled for the submittal of bids.

Neither the Owner nor the Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents,

including any Addendums, obtained from any other source.
