Fox Valley Mall Signals - Phase I/II QBS

The City of Aurora, Illinois (City) is in need of professional services from qualified engineering consultants for Fox Valley Mall Signals - Phase I/II QBS . As a part of the selection process, the interested consultants are required to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to perform the requested work. The SOQ must be submitted electronically via the City’s E Procurement System no later than 11:00 am on Friday, September 26, 2025 . Any SOQ received after the noted deadline may not be used as part of the consultant selection process.

This project is located along Commons Dr and McCoy Dr within the City of Aurora (DuPage County). The project consists of the modernization of 4 traffic signals (Commons/Raintree, Commons/McCoy, McCoy/Merriam, & McCoy/Venuti), the resurfacing of Commons Dr from McCoy Dr to New York St, and all associated sidewalk, curb, landscaping, and other appurtenant work.

The project has been awarded $2,200,000 in federal funds for construction & construction engineering in FFY 2029. Construction is estimated at $2,500,000.
