Fox Hollow Road Culvert Fabricating

Matthew Eck, on behalf of Carroll Township, will accept sealed bids via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 4:00 p.m., prevailing time, July 3, 2025, for the fabrication of a precast reinforced concrete box culvert with integral footers, which is to be installed along Fox Hollow Road in Carroll Township, Perry County. This bid is only for the fabrication and delivery of the culvert structure. Bid opening will be completed on July 3, 2025 via PennBID, a submitted bid table will be posted for public viewing shortly after bids are received. The Carroll Township Supervisors will review and possibly award the contract during the regular July Supervisors meeting on July 8, 2025 at 7:00pm. Supervisors meetings are held at the Carroll Township Building, located at 50 Rambo Hill Road, Shermans Dale, PA 17090.
Bid Proposal
All bid proposals shall be properly executed without alterations and shall be complete. Bidding documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond that is 10 percent (10%) of the total bid price. The successful bidder will be required to post a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, labor and material payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price.
