• Bid Security:

  • 10% of the total bid

  • Must be a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond with acceptable surety

• Required Forms:

  • Fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit

• Executive Order 11246 Compliance:

  • 6.9% goal for female workforce participation

  • 1% goal for minority workforce participation
    (For contracts > $10,000)

• MBE Goal: 5%

• WBE Goal: 3%
  (For contracts ≥ $25,000)

• Section 3 Labor Goals (for HUD/CDBG funding > $200,000):

  • 25% of total labor hours by Section 3 workers

  • 5% of total labor hours by Targeted Section 3 workers
