Project Description: This Contract provides for the nightly janitorial cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and storage area at Fourth Plain Commons, located at 3101 E Fourth Plain Blvd Ste 101, Vancouver, WA 98661. Contractor shall and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
The City intends to award one Contract for a period of two (2) years.
