A) L’ORGANISME PUBLIC désire lancer un appel d’offres se rapportant à l'approvisionnement de 600 luminaires DEL ;
B) Afin de se conformer aux exigences de la Loi sur les contrats des organismes publics en matière d’approvisionnement, l’ORGANISME PUBLIC doit procéder par la voie d'un appel d'offres conforme à la procédure établie par le Règlement sur certains contrats d'approvisionnement des organismes publics.
