This sourcing event is for:
• Qty 3 – Polaris Ranger XP 1000 crew cab UTV
• Qty 1 – Polaris Ranger XP 1000 single cab UTV
Specifications/accessories for each unit must include the following items:
• Polaris Ranger Crew XP 1000 (2026 or 2027 year models, units must be new)
o Quantities specified above
• 1-1000 CC 4x4 with power steering
• Poly Half doors (front and rear)
• Poly Full Windshield
• Poly Roof
• Front A-Arm Guards
• Rear A-Arm Guards
• 4500lb Winch
• Gray, black, green or dark blue in color
• Rear View Mirror
• Heavy Duty Front Brush Guard
• Heavy Duty Rear Brush Guard
• Rock Guard with Step
Cost for UTVs and accessories must be itemized on cost quotes
If bidder cannot provide all 4 UTVs as requested they may bid on a lesser quantity but must clearly specify how many UTVs they are able to provide.
Ohio Division of Forestry is exempt from State of Ohio sales tax.
All warranties or product guarantees from the product manufacturer must be applicable and transferred to Ohio Division of Forestry.
Bidders must indicate if any or all of the requested UTVs are in-stock or will be back ordered. Bidder must provide estimated fulfillment date.
If bidder cannot provide all requested units they must indicate that.
Bids are acceptable from authorized Polaris dealerships only. Transfers from authorized dealer to intermediary to ODNR Division of Forestry
