Fountain Elms Exterior Conservation
Description:

This project consists of alterations and restoration to exterior finishes. Base bid is to complete restoration on the wood trim items, window restoration, and new balustrades and associated newel posts. Restoration to include finish removals of trim, windows, and balustrades. Replacement of deteriorated wood items, resecuring of wood trims where delamination or fasteners have been removed. Installation of new balustrade systems, and recoating of balustrades to remain. Complete window restoration of windows on the east elevation.
