REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

FOR

FOUNDER PARK PLANTING

The Township of South Orange Village is soliciting proposals for FOUNDER PARK PLANTING.

Proposals must be received no later than Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 11:00 AM at which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud.  They should be addressed to the attention of Ellen Malgieri, Purchasing Agent. Proposals must be clearly marked on the outside “Founder Park Planting.” Copies of the RFP may be obtained on the Village Website, www.southorange.org .

The Township of South Orange Village reserves the right to waive informalities or

irregularities in the proposal received and to reject any and/or all proposals as in

its judgement may best serve the interest of the Township. The Township shall

have a minimum of sixty (60) days from receipt of the proposals to either accept

or reject them.

The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the requirements of P.L.

1975, c.127. Pursuant to P.L. 2004, c.57, effective September 1, 2004, the

successful bidder shall also be required to comply with the provision of the new

Business Registration Law.
