Foster Hill Dr at 38th Ave N Intersection Modifications (ECID Project No. 23098-100)

Construction of a corner extension at the southwest corner of the intersection of 38th Avenue North and Foster Hill Drive N. Project includes clearing and grubbing; demolition of asphalt pavement and concrete; and construction of concrete sidewalk, curb ramps, curb and gutter, concrete driveways, asphalt pavement, brick roadway, and signing and pavement markings. Tree installations shown in the Landscape Plan (sheet 13 of the plans) are specifically excluded from this Contract and are programmed for separate, future implementation; sodding is included as depicted in the plans.
