The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for the Library / Museum Three(3) Roof Top HVAC Units until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on April 26, 2024 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701.

Project Site Visits:
All prospective bidders must schedule a site visit. Bidders can call (970) 542-4006 to schedule appointments with Chandra McCoy, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.in order for the City to accept their bid.

Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
