Question: Could you please clarify the intended work for this project? Attachment B and the PWS contradict themselves. The PWS indicates internal inspections however Attachment B indicates external inspections only.
Answer: A discrepancy was identified between the PWS and Attachment B regarding inspection types. The PWS clearly states the requirement for internal inspections. Attachment B has been updated to remove any reference to external inspections only and to align with the PWS requirements. Bidders must adhere to the inspection requirements outlined in the PWS.
