Bids will be received by the City of Middletown Department of Public Works, 16 James St.,
Middletown, New York 10940 on September 2, 2025, until 3:30 P.M. local time and at same
location on same date at 4:00 P.M. local time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids
submitted by fax will not be accepted. Bids can be received the day before at the Department of
Public Works office at the same address from 8:30 A.M. to 4: 30 P.M. The bid will include one ( 1)
prime contract, Plumbing Contract (PC).
